Natural sourdough bread with hazelnuts and raisins – 600g

Artisan bread made exclusively with natural sourdough. Made with pure stone-ground T80 wheat flour, we add raisins and whole organic hazelnuts.

Our organic bread with natural sourdough, hazelnuts and raisins is the result of a long fermentation process lasting over 15 hours. Thanks to this ancestral technique, much of the gluten is pre-digested by the enzymes and wild yeasts contained in the sourdough.

This bread is baked in platinum, which gives it a practical rectangular shape for making even slices. It has a soft crumb and a fine crust.

This hazelnut-raisin bread made with natural sourdough is guaranteed to contain no additives or preservatives.
