Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) apply to all sales concluded on the Govart bakery website, whose legal notices you can consult.
The customer declares that he/she has read and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale prior to placing his/her order.
Validation of the order therefore implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
Terms of payment
Payment is made directly on the govart.be website when pre-ordering. If the order is placed by telephone, we will draw up an order form for you. The order will be validated once paid online via our website govart.be.
All goods are payable on the day of the order by secure online payment on our website govart.be. If this is not the case, Boulangerie Govart reserves the right not to deliver or return goods ordered by telephone or via our secure website govart.be.
How to order
For the order to be validated, the buyer must accept the present terms and conditions by clicking where indicated. They must also choose the delivery address and method, and finally validate the payment method.
The sale will be considered final:
and after receipt by the seller of the full price.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale on our website govart.be. In the event of a dispute, please refer to the refund and returns policy paragraph.
For any question relating to the follow-up of an order, the buyer may call the following telephone number: +32(0)483 37 39 78, on the following days and at the following times: Monday to Friday, between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or send an e-mail to the seller at the following e-mail address: info@govart.be.
Govart bakery provides the purchaser with an order confirmation by e-mail.
Refunds and returns policy
Belgian law specifies that food products cannot be exchanged or taken back. Consequently, no refunds are possible.
Govart bakery takes great care in the production of its sourdough breads, brioches, rolls en cookies all made by hand in our workshop at 36 Halsendallaan, 1652 Alsemberg, BELGIUM.
However, upon receipt of the products, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect them to ensure that they correspond to the order.
Any claim relating to a visible defect or non-conformity of the products must be notified by the customer within 24 hours (working day) of delivery, by registered letter or e-mail with acknowledgement of receipt. Failure to do so will render your complaint inadmissible.
We do not deliver products to your home.
However, if in the future this should be the case, if the product is lost or if you notice upon receipt that the item has been damaged during transport, you must inform us immediately by email: info@govart.be
Product information
The products governed by these terms and conditions are those handcrafted in our workshop at 36 Halsendallaan, 1652 Alsemberg, BELGIUM.
These same products appear on our website govart.be and are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, the seller cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in this presentation.
Product photographs are not always contractually binding.
Prices
The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices in force at the time the order is placed within the time limits indicated on our site govart.be.
Prices are given in euros. They do not include delivery charges, which are invoiced in addition and indicated before the order is validated.
Prices include VAT applicable on the date of the order, and any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products in the online store.
If one or more taxes or contributions, notably environmental, are created or modified, either upwards or downwards, this change may be reflected in the sale price of the products.
Data collected
The personal data collected on this site are as follows :
account opening: when a user’s account is created, the user’s surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number and postal address are recorded;
- connection: when the user connects to the website, his/her name, first name, connection data, usage data, location data and payment data are recorded;
- profile: use of the services provided on the website enables the user to create a profile, which may include an address and telephone number;
