At Govart Bakery in Alsemberg, we continue to bring to life the ancestral know-how of natural sourdough breadmaking with raw, healthy ingredients that respect your health.

Our natural sourdough bread with dark chocolate and pure cocoa is made from stone-ground T80 organic wheat flour, to which we’ve added pure unsweetened cocoa and a minimum of 70% dark chocolate chips.

The chocolate and pure cocoa come from a Belgian organic and ethical bean-to-bar factory MO Chocolate.

The result? Our chocolate and cocoa natural sourdough bread is delicious and nourishing. The crust is crunchy and the crumb tender and fragrant. Our natural cocoa sourdough bread combines the subtlety of artisan dark chocolate with the depth of cocoa. All without excess sugar!

Composition of our organic bread with natural chocolate-cocoa sourdough 600g: Stone-ground T.80 organic wheat flour, natural wheat sourdough, water, 70% minimum organic dark chocolate, pure organic cocoa, salt (12g instead of 17g in the conventional circuit), sugar. And that’s it! Guaranteed additive-, adjuvant- and preservative-free.
