Our wholemeal bread with natural rye sourdough is made with stone-ground wholemeal organic wheat flour.
We opt for whole wheat flour because it contains a higher fiber content. Fiber helps regulate blood sugar levels by slowing the absorption of sugars. Thanks to our traditional stone milling process, essential nutrients, B vitamins and minerals are better preserved.
We add bran to enhance the benefits of additional fiber in the diet.
