The adventure begins
Hello everyone,
We’re delighted to announce that our Govart artisan bakery is ready for business! After months of preparation, our workshop is now up and running, and we can’t wait to offer you our nutritious artisan breads made with natural sourdough. All our flours are stone-ground and organic. They are guaranteed to contain no additives, preservatives or additives.
Test period
In order to get to grips with our equipment, we’re starting a test phase throughout August. During this period, our workshop will be open one day a week, every Tuesday from August 6, 2024, between 11am and 6pm.

Reduced Assortment
We’re starting with a small assortment of breads, so that we can group orders and get to know your tastes better. As the months go by, we’ll be expanding our range to offer you a wider variety of artisan breads, brioches and rolls made with the same ethic and quality of flour.

Ecological awareness
We have a strong ecological conscience. We firmly believe that high-quality products should not go to waste. That’s why we operate an order system to avoid unsold products. Your nutritious organic artisan sourdough breads require 24h advance preparation. After a slow rise overnight, they are baked on the morning of your visit.

Order collection
You can collect your orders directly from our workshop in Alsemberg every Tuesday in August between 11am and 6pm.
Our breads are carefully prepared with only the finest natural ingredients.
